1. No Cancellations or Refunds

All payments made towards memberships, classes, programs, or services are final and non-refundable.

2. Non-Transferability of Memberships

Memberships are issued in the name of the individual purchaser only.
Memberships cannot be assigned, transferred, or shared with another person under any circumstances.

3. Non-Extension and Non-Rescheduling

Memberships, once purchased, are valid only for the specified duration and schedule.
Memberships cannot be carried forward, extended, or rescheduled to a later date.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

1. Payment & Fees

1.1 All fees, including registration fees, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
1.2 Fees paid for one batch, class, or program cannot be transferred or adjusted towards another batch, class, or program.
1.3 All payments must be made in full prior to participation in any class or program.

2. Liability & Safety

2.1 The Company shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or illness sustained during participation in any activity, whether on studio premises, at an external venue, or during online classes.
2.2 Students are solely responsible for their personal belongings. The Company will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
2.3 For online classes, it is the student’s responsibility to ensure they have a safe and suitable space for movement and a stable internet connection.

3. Class Participation & Conduct

3.1 Students must wear appropriate attire suitable for dance/movement and maintain proper personal hygiene.
3.2 Respectful behavior and proper decorum must be observed at all times. Disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.
3.3 Guests are not permitted inside the studio without prior authorization.
3.4 Sharing login credentials for online classes is strictly prohibited.
3.5 In studio classes, all belongings must be kept in designated storage areas. Students must remain aware of their personal space on the dance floor to ensure safety for themselves and others.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 All choreography, routines, and training materials provided in classes or workshops are the sole intellectual property of the Company.
4.2 Recording, reproducing, or using choreography for commercial purposes, public performances, or professional work without explicit written consent from the Company is strictly prohibited.

5. Company Rights

5.1 The Company reserves the right to deny or terminate services to any participant who engages in disruptive behavior or violates these Terms & Conditions.
5.2 The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of changes and are responsible for reviewing updates.

6. Missed Classes

6.1 The Company is not responsible for missed classes, whether due to the student’s absence, late arrival, or technical issues on the student’s side.
6.2 No compensation, refunds, or make-up classes will be provided for missed sessions.

7. Medical Requirements

7.1 Certain programs or activities may require students to have valid medical insurance coverage. The Company reserves the right to request proof of such insurance before participation.
7.2 Students are responsible for informing the Company of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to participation.
